3 mile run along union hills

Decided to do 2xmile repeat workout this morning. 2 mile warm up, then ran a mile at 5:35, made a stop at the park to use the bathroom, ended up taking about 4 minute break between the two repeats, and then ran a 5:40 for the second one. It would have been nice to do the second one under 5:40, but that's ok. I'm not sure what to do with running right now. I'd love to train for something, but I'll be unavailable during the squaw peak 50 this year, and school starts at the end of July. I'm thinking maybe the speedgoat 50k could be a good option, but I'll have to see.

Just ran the ol' westbrook village loop today. Overdressed a little bit by wearing long sleeves, I could have gone with shortsleeves for sure!

Fun run in the rain!! So awesome! I remembered/learned that the new balance running coat I have is not waterproof, haha, it's for cold, not rain.

I did the one run by my house where I can avoid busy roads as much as possible. I just didn't feel like running on Bell road today.

Just played basketball for a couple hours this morning. Super fun, started out kinda lousy, but ended up making a few shots, just a fun group of guys and a fun game to play
