Nice run today to the park and back. I did a 15 minute tempo run and got 2.5 miles, so that means 6 minute pace right? It is always a nice challenge to get some speed in.

Just did a 4 mile run in the morning. I need to be a little sharper getting to bed and getting up, I'm getting a little bit undisciplined there sometimes.

frustrating morning, got up, kinda sat there. I didn't feel like going on a run, so I did some yoga... that was nice, but then I decided I should at least go bike for a minute, but the back tire was flat. So I did order a new tube and some new tires for the bike, but man, I really need to not be such a bum.

Chill little out and back run, felt really good honestly. I don't know why I've been lacking the desire to get out and run, it always feels so good when I do it. Finished with a little spring challenge, we'll call it the neighborhood dash, new best time for it of 55.95 seconds. The watch said it's .2 miles, which is probably close, although it's probs not exact. It felt really fun and powerful to go fast like that though.
