Ran up bear paw poppe on my own, then down it with the cousins. Lots of fun, good way to run and still be doing the same family activities.

Great tempo run today. 5 miles at 29:11, so that comes out to 5:50 pace I think. I felt strong and smooth, except for mile 3.7 when I had to stop and use the bathroom.

Went and ran the suicide ridge loop out in Santa clara. I had a water bottle with me, but even still I was super thirsty by the end. Good run though, Coach came with. We didn't talk a ton, but sometimes it's nice just to be with someone, and not have to talk.

Ran with Trevor and Aaron Metler. So it wasn't really a slow run, we averaged around 6.30 pace I would guess. Good guys though, it was a great run.

Great, and very active day. Ran up Forsyth trail to Burger(?) peak, which round trip ended up being about 11.5 miles. Great climb, really fun descent while testing out my new running playlist. Only had one fall, with a shallow but sweet looking cut. I also noticed my heart felt a little weird coming down, maybe tired? idk, but it's something to keep an eye on for sure. Later, towards the evening I ran up and down Bear paw poppe. Swimming was inbetween, so I was just active for a long time, it was great. Training has been a lot better this year than last.
