| Ran on the (very) hilly streets by the house. It was fun, I didn't have a lot of time, but was able to hold a pretty decent pace, especially considering the terrain.

| Met with the BYU farm team, and did 6x800 meter grass repeats with them. I hit between 2:27 and 2:31 on all of them, felt tough, but not too much. We had a quick recovery of 90 seconds between each repeat. I really enjoyed running with other people, I'm going to try and run with them more often, it could be a really fun opportunity, seem like a good group of guys.

| Chill morning run. Down the big hills, then back up the on the way back. It took a little longer than expected, cause I had to use the bathroom a couple times, but thats all good.

| Ran down to Provo river trail and up the canyon, then came back. Solid run, pretty decent pace, and my legs were tired but not to flat or anything like that. I ran into Garret Marsing along the way, good guy
