Just a rough day to be honest, most of it spent studying for/taking an ochem test

Great run today! I ran with a guy named Daniel, first time running with him. Pretty cool dude from Georgia, ran D2 XC and track, and he's out here looking to run for BYU here in the near future. He'll probably be a regular running buddy, so that's good stuff!

Good progression run today with Joseph. Actually kind of a weird progression run. The splits were as follows: 6:30, 6:20, 6:25, 6:00, 6:10, 6:25, 5:55, 5:45

So the plan was to start out at 6:30 pace and drop 10 seconds every mile, but Joseph got a little antsy mile 4, he also didn't have a watch, so he couldn't really gage his pace super well. Then coming back there was a bit of a headwind, and he was just beat, and actually dropped out after 7, poor dude, he was really hurting. I was glad to get a good push and go hard the last couple

good run, longer than I expected. I was planning on just going about 8 with my new friend Daniel, but ended up going much longer, as we explored some new roads and found a fun little loop. I finished just in time, otherwise I might have pooped my pants

Nice run today. I ran the first 6 with Sam, then the next 6 on my own. My legs were super tired, but I didn't let that affect me too much, because I went skiing the whole afternoon. Good day!
