Raced a mile today for the first time since high school. It was pretty fun, we did it on the indoor track, and there were only five of us running, all guys from the farm team. I ran it really well, pretty smart I would say, and beat my homie Jared, which was one of my big goals. It was just fun to go fast! I was super nervous before the race, and in retrospect, I think I could have started my kick a little bit sooner and gone faster, but I hope I have a few more chances to race the mile and get a faster time.
