Run a sub 2:30 marathon
Long-Term Running Goals:
Become a lifelong runner, and eventually a xc coach
I'm a student at BYU, I love being active and living life to the fullest
tbh I can't exactly remember how long this run was, or what shoes I wore. It was a 50 minute fartlek workout, so those distances and times seem right to me.
