Slow run with my cousin Jack this morning. It was fun to chat with him, although his hip was bothering him, so it wasn't quite as smooth of a run as I would have hoped, but I was still glad we did it.

Had fun catchin up with Trevor and Logan. It kinda made me laugh cause we started out the run with about a 20-30 minute covid rant haha. Nice to be back. My knee started hurting at about mile 4 and slowly got worse. I'm going to ice it and hopefully it just slowly keeps getting better.

what a great day for running. I went on a run around 10:30 in the hills behind the Heywood house, and was just exploring, it was a ton of fun. Afterwards, I thought, man, it really would be awesome to do squaw peak right now. Then I ended up not having a date that night, and Sam invited me to go run up squaw with him and Tommy Moncur. It was a fantastic and beautiful run. I can't believe I haven't tried to spend more time with Tommy over these last few years, he's such a great and fun guy.

Ran the ridge loop from the high school. It's still uphill both ways haha
