Run a sub 2:30 marathon
Long-Term Running Goals:
Become a lifelong runner, and eventually a xc coach
I'm a student at BYU, I love being active and living life to the fullest
6x800 meter workout. I did well, all of my times were under 2:34 except for the first one I was a little slow, just getting into the groove I guess. I'm excited for the race this weekend!
